We are delighted to report that work officially commenced in Caherlag today on the first project forming part of our Five Year Strategic Development Plan 👏

The project involves the installation of a new irrigation system for the Top Pitch, with a well being drilled today. Early results have shown 200 gallons at 120 feet, with hopes of increasing that further over the coming days 💧

Works on the irrigation system will continue over the next few weeks. During this time, there is strictly no access permitted to the area behind the goals on the Top Pitch while works are ongoing. We would appreciate all members, coaches, players and parents sharing this message across their groups for health & safety reasons.

There is plenty more to come in the months ahead with:

💡 Floodlight installation on the Top Pitch scheduled for July

Planning is also already underway for further 2027 projects as we continue investing in the future of Caherlag and Rogha Éireann.
